Moreover, you are a Viking and you can create your own army in order to fight against the local people of the islands to capture them. Once you will capture the islands, you will set special units on those islands in order to get more tax from them. Keep in mind that receiving tax too often will make the local people furious and they may have a chance to rebel against you.
